Physical gold origination & settlement

Verified Sellers.
Funded Buyers.
One Fixed Procedure.

We sit between the two sides of a physical gold transaction and run the paperwork that connects them, in the same order, every time. Tell us which side you are on and the desk takes it from there.

How a transaction moves
Two routes. One procedure.
Verify
Assay, licence and title checked before a position is shown to anyone.
Qualify
Proof of gold against proof of funds, exchanged at the same moment.
Escrow
Funds lodge with the escrow agent, never with either party.
Settle
Title changes and funds release together, on each settlement.
Bullion in an accredited vault
The metal does not move. Title transfers in situ and the bars stay where they are, which keeps the chain of integrity intact and Good Delivery status with it. Buyer or their agent inspects at the vault; the bars need never leave it.
Doré from origin
The metal moves — mine or facility, to refinery, to the destination vault. That route carries export licensing, transport, insurance and re-assay on arrival, each of which sits inside the same fourteen steps rather than beside them.
Fourteen steps, fixed, whichever route the metal takes. Neither side is ever asked for something out of sequence.
Document chain
SCO, FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA and SPA issued in one fixed sequence.
Mandate administration
Handled by Alliance Global Partners Ltd on both sides.
Confidentiality
Neither side sees the other's material before the NCNDA is executed.

Common questions

Before You Ask

How do you verify a seller?

Sell-side product is checked against origin documentation, assay, export licence and proof of title before it is presented to any buyer. Mandate standing is verified by Alliance Global Partners Ltd. Nothing reaches a buyer as an offer until that check is complete.

Who holds title to the gold?

Title stays with the seller until the change of ownership is executed at each settlement, per step 11 of the transaction procedure. We do not take title.

When do fees pay?

Per the IMFPA, at each settlement. One of three contracted routes is agreed before the SPA is lodged: the escrow agent distributes individually to every named party; or it pays the seller a bulk amount for onward distribution to the seller's own nominated intermediaries and pays Alliance Global Partners Ltd separately; or, on the documentary credit route, beneficiaries are paid by irrevocable assignment of the credit proceeds under UCP 600 article 39. Alliance Global Partners Ltd never holds or distributes counterparty funds on any route. Beneficiaries are named in the IMFPA before the SPA is lodged.

Do you publish stock positions?

No. Verified positions are shown to qualified buyers under an executed NCNDA. Anything circulating on an open list is not ours.

What payment instruments do you accept?

SBLC, DLC, MT103, MT760 and cash in vault are all workable — you use whichever instrument suits you. Settlement runs through the structure agreed before the SPA is lodged — an independent escrow agent, or a confirmed documentary credit issued by your bank — never directly between the parties. The instrument is confirmed at intake and authenticated via SWIFT before the DCL, ATV and POP are issued.

Who holds the money before settlement?

On the escrow route, an independent escrow agent appointed jointly by buyer and seller under a signed escrow arrangement. On the documentary credit route, your own bank holds them under the credit until its conditions are met. It acts for neither side. Funds are never transmitted directly between the parties, and release occurs only on execution of the change of Title of Ownership. If title is not executed, funds return to the buyer in full, less the holder's own charges.

Can the buyer inspect before settlement?

Yes. Within three banking days of the SWIFT authentication the buyer or their appointed agent is invited to the vault for physical inspection and re-assay.

Is there a minimum?

Fifty kilogrammes per month. Below that the document chain and escrow costs outweigh the margin for every party in it, so we would not be doing you a favour by taking it on.

Jurisdictions and banking relationships

Send me the jurisdictions you work in and your banking relationships and I will add them here.

Who sits in the middle

Kingdom Sovereign Reserve

We sit between verified sellers of physical gold and funded buyers, and we run the paperwork that connects them — SCO, FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA, SPA — in one fixed sequence, so neither side has to take the other on trust.

What we do

We originate and verify sell-side product, qualify buy-side funding, and hold the document trail for both. Neither side sees the other's confidential material until the NCNDA is executed.

Why the sequence matters

Most gold deals collapse because documents are issued out of order — an SPA before an FCO, an IMFPA with no named beneficiaries. Our Transaction Procedure fixes the order, and the Deal Roadmap tracks where every live deal actually is.

Who contracts

Alliance Global Partners Ltd is the contracting party on every document in the chain. It acts as broker and mandate administrator under the Kingdom Sovereign Reserve name, on both sides of a transaction. Ryan Wall acts as principal mandated agent on the seller's side; Glen Jarvis on the buyer's side.

Kingdom Sovereign Reserve — current structure

Kingdom Sovereign Reserve is the trading name under which this desk operates. Alliance Global Partners Ltd is the contracting party and principal on every document, and every obligation is owed by that company.

A Kingdom Sovereign Reserve entity is to be established in the United Arab Emirates following completion of the current transaction, and it is intended that it will then become the principal. Counterparties will be notified in writing before any such change takes effect. Until then no entity of that name is party to any contract.

Alliance Global Partners Ltd acts as broker and mandate administrator. It contracts under the Kingdom Sovereign Reserve name, issues and executes the document chain on both sides of a transaction, and countersigns as contracting party. It is not a party to the settlement structure and at no point holds counterparty funds: settlement is effected by an independent escrow agent, or by a documentary credit issued by the buyer’s bank, releasing against execution of the change of title. Particulars above are as filed at Companies House and may be verified there against company number 17097718.

Registration at Companies House confirms that the company exists and is in good standing. It is not a licence, an authorisation or an endorsement, and we do not present it as one. Physical gold brokerage in the United Kingdom does not require FCA authorisation, and we hold none. Settlement runs through an independent escrow agent or a confirmed documentary credit, so at no stage does Alliance Global Partners Ltd or Kingdom Sovereign Reserve hold or distribute counterparty funds.
