Kingdom Sovereign Reserve

Company Profile

Physical gold origination and settlement

Who we are

Kingdom Sovereign Reserve sits between verified sellers of physical gold and funded buyers. We originate and verify sell-side product, qualify buy-side funding, and hold the document trail for both sides through a fixed fourteen-step transaction procedure.

Neither side sees the other's confidential material until a Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement is executed. Most gold transactions fail because documents are issued out of order — an SPA drawn before an FCO is returned, an IMFPA with no named beneficiaries. Our procedure fixes the order, and every counterparty knows what comes next before they commit to anything.

What we handle

Origination. Doré and bullion sourced across West Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Minimum engagement is 50 kilogrammes per month.

Document chain. LOI and CIS, SCO, FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA and SPA, issued in sequence and completed in the browser rather than posted back and forth.

Settlement. Settlement runs through the structure agreed before the SPA is lodged — an independent escrow agent, or a confirmed documentary credit issued by the buyer's bank under UCP 600. On either route the buyer's funds are not transmitted directly to the seller, and release is conditional on execution of the change of Title of Ownership. The buyer uses whichever banking instrument suits them — SBLC, DLC, MT103, MT760 or cash in vault.

Contracting party and mandate administration. Alliance Global Partners Ltd contracts under the Kingdom Sovereign Reserve name and administers the mandate on both sides of every transaction. All documents in the chain are issued and executed by Alliance Global Partners Ltd in that capacity. Ryan Wall acts as principal mandated agent on the seller's side; Glen Jarvis acts as principal mandated agent on the buyer's side.

How a transaction runs

The buyer issues an LOI and Client Information Sheet. We issue a Soft Corporate Offer, indicative and subject to contract. Once the buyer proceeds, a Full Corporate Offer is issued, with Proof of Gold from the seller and Proof of Funds from the buyer exchanged at that stage. The SPA, NCNDA and IMFPA follow immediately, the agreed settlement structure is executed — escrow arrangement or documentary credit — and the buyer’s instrument is authenticated via SWIFT. The buyer or their appointed agent is invited to inspect at the vault before settlement. Title transfers and funds release together.

Any additional requirement raised by either party becomes an addendum, signed by both sides and attached to the contract. The sequence itself does not change.
